Bruker Users' Meeting, Edinburgh 2017

On November 13-14 this year, our group participated in the 2017 Bruker Users' meeting, which was held at the Radison Blu hotel in Edinburgh. Our after dinner entertainment for the night was provided by our very own Will Kew, who delivered another successful talk on 'Exploring the (Complex) Chemistry of Scotch Whisky' - which was naturally accompanied by a whisky tasting! On the second day, Dusan delivered a talk on 'SHARPER Reaction Monitoring', which is a new pure-shift technique that has been developed for the analysis of reactions and equilibria by NMR (click here for further information). As a result of the meeting, we learnt a lot about the new generation of Bruker spectrometers and software, as well as their product development.
